T series/ R700 reboot PoE switch will can't boot up

Any person has similar experience?
I am using Cisco switch with T300 series AP and R700 AP with SCG
Recently some of the AP will can't boot up after reboot the PoE switch
Some of them will return to original firmware from ZD
Some of them will return to original firmware from SCG

Yes, you can execute these as two different scripts, one for each radio.
Or, you can configure both radios of your APs at once too.

Good grief. Just do a hard reset, login with super
sp--admin, and reload the Base 104 image. Then you’re back to brand new factory condition.

Enter admin for the user name and password for the password. If you changed your admin password, enter the password that you created. NETGEAR genie displays.
