Support Firm Ruckus AP R710

I have an AP running in Unleashed mode. I would like to install a different firmware so that this AP can join an SZ144 controller. However, when I try to upgrade the firmware from the AP's upgrade page, the upgrade option is not available and the AP does not allow me to install the new firmware.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue before? If so, could you please share your recommendations or the correct procedure to convert an Unleashed AP so that it can join an SZ144 controller?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
