Same IP

I have a spectrum cable router and it has the same IP as my access point, how do I log into the Ruckus R710 when it has the same IP as spectrum router?

Sorry for not much detail, new to all this. So today unhooked ALL internet from house and plugged AP into back of computer, logged into the address and I get nothing, any help at all, sorry for not understanding all this stuff, beginner trying to learn.

I see... There should be a RESET button on it. With the AP powered ON, press and hold the RESET button for 10 seconds. Reboot the AP. Then look at your manual for initial setup. It will tell you how to connect the computer and what IP you should set your computer to and what IP you should browse to.
