Hi Anton,

Try to follow below steps.
  1. SSH into the H510 and factory reset it "set factory" and then "reboot"
  2. While H510 is factory resetting and rebooting, delete it from Unleashed master (assuming R710 is master AP).
  3. Let H510 rejoin master AP and it should get upgraded automatically.

If still failing then you have to upgrade H510 using CLI with FTP/TFTP server.

Using FTP:

1- Download the 200.9.10.4.202 image for H510 from here.
2- Place the file on FTP server's root directory.
3- SSH into the AP and run below commands.

fw set control H510_200.9.10.4.202.bl7
fw set proto ftp
fw set host
fw set user username
fw set password password
fw up
reboot

Using FTFP:

1- Download the 200.9.10.4.202 image for H510 from here.
2- Place the file on TFTP server's root directory.
3- SSH into the AP and run below commands.

fw set proto tftp
fw set host
fw set control (path/Name of the image file, eg. ap-arm-qca-wsg/H510_200.9.10.4.202.bl7)
fw update
reboot

Thank you for a quick help!
Factory reset didn't help, but update using FTP worked

Just for the record- after upgrade to 200.9, h510 didn't join to unleashed network until i reflash R710 throu web interface

Thank you for your cooperation

Greetings of the Day!

I have 190 Ruckus at my site but i dont have a Controller, AP's H500 & H510. The issue is they go offline and i am not able to ping to those AP's, manually i have to restart them. What could be the issue and how do i resolve this ?
