Ruckus T310c Initial Configuration - Reset Factory Settings - Troubleshooting

Hello,

I am having trouble to setup an access point that I have here. The AP is the Ruckus T310c.

I have made an reset to factory setting by clicking for more than 4 seconds in the button right next the ethernet port.

I had configured the PC ip address to 192.168.0.5 and the gateway is 192.168.0.1.

Open the web browser and typed 192.168.0.1 and appears the login page.

But i put the default credentials and they do not work.

username: super

password: sp-admin

I am missing something here?

Hi David,

I would recommend you need to press the reset button for 15-20 seconds.

Afterwards; if the login screen still does not accept the default credentials, then try a different web-browser, I sometimes have this issue with Firefox with brand-new out of the box APs.

I think the issue I was using the Opera Browser. 

Now it worked many thanks! 🙂
