Ruckus R370 not connecting to Ruckus One - also no firmware available to download

Hi,

I have a lot of the new AP R370's not connecting to Ruckus One and flashing amber. I can get into their SSH and Web Interface and all looks okay, I am trying to refresh/upgrade its firmware however there are no files available or really any troubleshooting help with this new AP! 

Any help, appreciated!

Hope you are doing well.

This is a follow-up to check if the R370 access point has been added to the cloud and to know if you require any further assistance with the process.
