Ruckus H350 - Multicast Stream stop Working

Hello

We have deployed in a Hotel Ruckus Access Points H350 with our IPTV Setup, this workd for one Month perfect.

Then the Hotel complained that there are no UDP Channels anymore. after we Rebootet the Access Points and the Streams workd again..

Any idea why that happend

I'd suggest checking logs as a first step.
