Dear RUCKUS Support Team,
We are a higher education institution (university) and would like to request your assistance regarding RUCKUS wireless equipment.
Our organization has purchased five (5) units of Ruckus R750 access points through a local government electronic procurement platform. The equipment has been delivered to us by the supplier; however, activation/license keys were not provided as part of the delivery.
