For the past six months, we've been encountering frequent disconnections from the access points, where many users are automatically disconnected every 15 minutes and then reconnected within 10 minutes. This issue has been significantly impacting our production operations, and we're eager to resolve it as soon as possible.

My name is Sunil Acharya and I will be assisting you.
As issue is intermittent, Please check if any network packets are getting dropped or too much of traffic at particular AP interface.
Please verify the inactivity timeout configuration on the WLAN settings and increase to 1500 seconds.
Please collect and share the AP support logs immediately after the issue along with client mac address to understand the behavior.
We also request to upgrade the unleashed setup to 200.14.x..x version to resolve if any known issues with version 200.10.10.5.246.
