R510 does not load

R510 when turning on only the red power indication, there is an error in the logs: "Boot error ocuured!. Error code: 302a"

Does anyone know the solution?

Hi @shon2378 
PWR LED in RED means, the AP is still in boot process. The error log indicates that the AP has issues in the booting process.

Could you please try the below steps:
1. Reboot the AP.
2. Factory reset the AP by pressing the button using paper clip for 10 seconds.
3. Make sure the AP is getting enough power.

If you still face the issue, then the AP needs to be RMA'd, please contact our support.
