Problems upgrading my R310 firmware from Standalone to Unleashed

I want to upgrade the firmware of my R310 AP from 118.2.0.0.875.bl7 to R310_200.7.10.202.145.bl7 (Unleashed).

I downloaded the Unleashed firmware file to my local machine, and tried to update the firmware through the Ruckus R310 Multimedia Hotzone Wireless AP interface. I navigated to the Maintenance/Upgrade menu, selected the Local upgrade method radio button, choose the local downloaded file (R310_200.7.10.202.145.bl7), and hit “Perform Upgrade."

But the firmware does NOT get upgraded.

What am I doing wrong, and how do I accomplish this firmware upgrade?
