I have 2 x R320 unleashed access points set-up in a MESH network. All of my devices are connecting fine and have internet access. However, a windows 10 laptop will connect to the network but cannot get internet access & i noticed the AP isn't giving it an IP address. Any idea's why this could be?
Hi Lee. The R320 do not support MESH, probably you mean they work in the same unleashed network. Did you enable DHCP on any of the APs, or you are using external DHCP server, because the R320 have only one ethernet port?
Thanks for the reply but why would all my other devices work? It just seems to be with a windows 10 laptop not receiving an IP address from the AP's. When I move upstairs where my other access point is it works fine. They are both R320 unleashed AP's in mesh mode.
