Need a new router or acess point

I don’t know if I’ve ever been so frustrated trying to buy a product… Why have customer service If you guys are literally going out of your way, not to make a profit!??.  I’m just trying to replace this ruckus access point or router. I really don’t know which one it is or What I need to buy to replace it.  The fact that I have spent days trying to get a hold of someone that can direct me to the right place is literally making Question how you’re managing to stay in business…

Hello,

Could you please confirm you are trying to get a replacement for your access point under warranty, or if you are looking to purchase a new access point and need some guidance on which access point model to buy ?

Since you've mentioned that you don't know which one you have right now; could you please share a picture showing the front and back panel of your access point.

Also, is this the only access point you have at the moment ? Is this access point managed by Ruckus Cloud, Ruckus controller or is it deployed as a standalone access point ?
