Mobile clients keep disassociating or disconnecting from one ruckus access

Samsung s5 mobiles in our organization keep disconnecting from the wifi on one of the access points at the top floor of our building.

The clients keep disassociating and then re-associating them selves to the wireless. The AP's we use are the 7372 models and our ZD is the ZD1100. I am not that technical when it comes to ruckus products. I do not know how to debug the client's. I do not know if channel fly is enabled on all our AP's the only thing I see concerning channels is Smart Select which is enabled.
We have one AP 7372 on the top floor. The AP's are located in the middle of each floor. We have a three floor building, that is ground floor, first floor and second floor.
