Hi good day
 
I have a problem in a WAC, I am losing AP ́S daily and I cannot send them to factory values ​​or by CLI or reset manually I do not reach them by any communication method that I can do to put them online

So the question is why can't you reach them?  Do they still have power?  Is your network still working?
Do you have known IP addresses, and can you still ping them? 

Or could you have two DHCP servers, giving out the same IP addresses (this could cause "no contact" problem)?
