Limit multiple devices with Windows Radius

We are trying to configure our Ruckus with Windows Radius/NPS.  We have been able to get Radius to work and we have Dynamic VLAN working also.  The customer is asking to limit the amount of logins.  

Might anyone have an idea?

Hi David,
Do you have any options on Radius/NPS for limiting number of devices? How about max number of clients on Ruckus APs/WLAN?
we are using Radius through a hospitality gateway where we can assign number of devices per account/WLAN.
