I don't understand Frequency Bands

Hey everyone,

I work in a small compagny, I manage the network. There are 10 employees.

I need to implement APs. I've done my homework, and I'm going to use lightweight APs with a controller. I don't know the brand yet, but a friend recommended RUCKUS.

How do you choose the right type? I have 200m² to cover, but it's spread over several rooms and not on the same floor. I haven't found any software to help me decide what type of AP to install and where in the building.
