I have a open warehouse 100,000 square feet and it is used for trade shows, need 250 vendors to log into there own SSID created in a controller. High density deployment here.
what products should I use. Please!

It depends on many variables but use either 7372, 7372-E or 7982.

Hello Jack,

For high density if it is going to be indoors then take a look at ZF7982 and in outdoor ZF7782. Make them work with a controller.

Each vendor creating its own SSID is not a good practice by the way as it will lead to too many beacons in the air every second leading to unnecessary utilization of airtime.

One or few SSID's being used by all is NOT an option?

Thanks for your replies.....do you think the beamflex indoor AP's are good for high density?
Also, as for the SSID then I should just create an Admin and a Guest?

Thanks

Wlan networks in general are mainly about channel reuse. If you manage to do that the network will be ok, otherwise not. But generally I'm not a fan of beamflex for HD. It's not the right tool for the job in most cases if you ask me. Depends on what the circumstances are but For HD I would think of using 7372E with external antennas to limit cell sizes. Then comes the optimization of network parameters.

The questions you are posting make me think you would need to consult a professional to help you with this project. Ruckus is great, don't get me wrong, but someone that knows what they are doing is worth a 1000 support calls.
