Hi,
- Are the APs running in Unleash firmware 200.x ?
- Are both APs showing same behavior?
- Are you trying to access the APs using default IP address 192.168.0.1?
- Have you tried holding factory reset button for 10-15 seconds?

Thanks, the problem was that the "soft" and "hard" reset button labels are switched. Everything good after a correct hard reset.
