Greyed out firmware/upgrade

I have 2 unleashed R710 and 

2 unleashedR510.

Registration button and upgrade button greyed out.

no firmware version showing.

only hard reset works. Does not fix any isues.

I got tha same issue. I am following your instruction and the thing is where to get the old version apps, I am trying to get v4.6.2.1 for android. Could you please help on this. thanks.

Are you asking for the Android Unleashed application v4.6.2.1?
The current version is 13.149.1.

Yes, I am asking for the Android unleashed application v4.62.1. as the AP is 200.6, this is the only verison of APP that compatible with the AP version. 

Or Is there any other method that could solve the firmware upgrade grey out issue. could it be upgraded via ssh? Thanks.

You can try the upgrade from CLI.
How many APs you have and what is the model?
