Hi,

Below is the link for R710 latest version.
https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software/4165-ruckus-unleashed-ap-200-15-mr2-software-for-r710

Login to the CLI and use the below command :
1. Use TFTP.
2. Download the file and put it on the folder showing in the TFTP application.
3. If the AP is working as Master then use command "ap-mode" before using the below commands.
fw set host <TFTP server IP address>
fw set proto tftp
fw set port 69
fw set control R710_200.15.6.212.14.bl7
fw update
reboot

Hi, Sanjay

Thanks so much for your great help. I have successfully upgrade the unit to the latest version.

Encountered the same issue when i attempted to upgrade an older R610 with firmware version 200.6.

Was really frustrating as I thought it was my browser problem, using both chrome and edge both face the same issue where upgrade options are all greyed out and current firmware version is not being displayed. I made the AP undergo countless factory hard reset and i even resort to rebooting my router to try.

Finally used the Unleashed mobile app and triggered the upgrade. Firmware auto selected in app was from 200.6 to 200.7.10.2.339. After app prompted AP will auto restart after firmware upgrade (which i think it happened), app then showed error "Unable to fetch AP verisons". This lasted for about 10 mins. I sidetrack to do other work, then decided to give the app another shot and FINALLY the APP detected and showed the existing firmware is now 200.7.10.2.339.

My final attempt was to upgrade from 200.7.10.2.339 to 200.15.6.12.304 (which was auto selected by app). Same issue with app showing error "Unable to fetch AP verisons". Waited 10mins to retry and YES it worked (i guess there is a lag in the app/AP - which wasnt as instant as i would want it to).

Lastly, the final version prompted was "We have an improved firmware for 200.15. We recommend upgrading to it. Firmware that will be upgrade to is 200.15.6.112.54. I did that and i finally reached the latest firmware version (as of now).

hope my notes helped those with the same problem
