Does T310 need an enclosure or is it weatherproof on its own?

My installer is recommending an enclosure like https://hoffman.nvent.com/en/na/plastic-enclosures/3074457345616781193 for a T310. Is it needed?

Hi Brian,
The T310 series APs are IP67-rated, fully ruggedised devices and do not need to be put inside an additional enclosure, unless specifically required e.g. to resist salt-water corrosion in a marine environment or extra cooling/heating in a desert environment.
Please download the data sheet to provide to your installer from here: https://www.ruckuswireless.com/products/access-points/ruckus-outdoor/ruckus-t310-series
The datasheet confirms the device's IP rating and operating temperature range.
Thanks,
Darrel.
