GOOD AFTERNOON, RUCKUS COMMUNITY, I LIKE TO GREET YOU, BEFORE ANYTHING I WISH YOU A HAPPY NEW YEAR AND MY BEST WISHES FOR NEXT YEAR, A QUESTION ABOUT AN AP MODEL THE 901-R550-WW00 REQUEST MY PURCHASE OF THE RUCKUS DEPARTMENT , WITH THIS MODEL 901-R550-WW00, THAT THE MANAGER OF THAT DEPARTMENT INDICATED THAT THIS MODEL NO LONGER EXISTS THAT THE CORRECT ONE WAS 901-R550-WW01, I EVEN MADE A CHANGE IN MY PURCHASE TO THE MODEL 901-R550-WW01, THE SUBJECT IS THAT I PHYSICALLY GOT THE MODEL 901-R550-WW00 THEN I DON'T KNOW IF THEY WERE WRONG IN THE MODEL, BECAUSE IN THE MOST CURRENT PRICE LIST I CANNOT FIND THIS MODEL 901-R550-WW01, I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE MODEL IS. IF THE TWO EXIST

Not to worry - those 2 AP models are exactly the same from a software and capability perspective.  The only difference is that R550-WW01 was released first and it is Not Plenum Rated for installations.  WW01 model should no longer be available as the R550-WW00 model has been released and IS plenum rated.

You got the right model 901-R550-WW00 and should be purchasing only this one going forward.

Good afternoon Ruckus community. I have a similar question. 901-R510-WW00 is end of life and we want to procure the 901-R550-WW00. Is the software the same on the two devices. Can the R510 be swopped out with the R550 or will configuration changes be needed

Then the same applies for the following: 901-T310-WW20 is end of life and we want to procure the 901-T350-WW20. Is the software the same on the two devices. Can the T310 be swopped out with the T350 or will configuration changes be needed?
