Contrller ZD3000 unable to add AP T300

The ZD 3000 controller is running firmware 9.9.1.0 build 52.
When the AP-T300 is plugged into the system, the ZD 3000 controller recognizes the AP-T300 and prompts for a firmware update. The AP-T300 restarts and continues to prompt for a firmware update.

Please help me identify the problem that prevents me from adding the AP-T300 to the ZD3000 controller.

I checked and found that the AP-T300 is running firmware 104.0.0.0.1347.
