Cannot find IP address for R770

I am trying to put Ruckus Unleashed onto my R770's. I see the configure.me connections on my mac and iphone, but it just buffers when I try to connect. 

I scanned for IP addresses on my network and was unable to find any labeled "ruckus". Is there a default IP address I should be looking for?

I was able to find the IP addresses but the port is not active.

Hi,

The default IP address is 192.168.0.1.

However, the GUI is disabled by default on Wi-Fi 7 APs running Solo firmware version 122.0.0 or later.
So you will have enable the Web from CLI using the command "set https enable" or upgrade the AP firmware to Unleashed version from CLI.

I accessed it via putty, and I put in super as the user, but then when “password” is prompted, it will not recognize keyboard entry until the session times out and kicks me out again.

If configure.me keeps buffering, I usually plug the R770 directly into my laptop and let it pull a link‑local IP, then hit the Unleashed setup page at http://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com. You can also try checking your router’s DHCP leases since the R770 won’t broadcast a “ruckus” hostname. I’ve done a domain blacklist check on my own network gear before, just to rule out odd filtering issues.
