Better AP for my home

Hello, I ask you for advice on which is the best AP for my home. My house is 10mtx10mt, on 2 floors. The AP would be placed in the center of the ground floor, at the top, almost at the edge of the ceiling. About 40 wireless devices will be connected to the AP. Another question: why  the R510 cost equal than the R310?

Ruckus does not warranty any product not sold thru an authorized Ruckus Reseller.

Pictures copied to Amazon/eBay do not make an authorized Ruckus reseller.

Be wary of any "Ruckus" APs you find advertised by any but Ruckus resellers.

As far as Access Point comparison and pricing, examine the AP data sheets on our corporate website to see the differences in radio/antenna/etc.

Out of curiosity, how many different type of clients are there in the 40 devices that use wireless in your house?

good answer... :) the first thing that comes to mind for me is: how does a seller not authorized to sell your products? Does he come to steal them at night? lol If a product has left your factory and it has a problem, you fix it, this is what serious companies do. 40 devices, including: mobile phones, tablets, PCs and home automation devices (sonoff, shelly, etc)
