Access point - delivering wrong IP

Hello, my name is Filipe, I hope you are well. We have been experiencing a problem with our AP regarding DHCP. The device is handing out IPs, even with the DHCP service disabled. This has directly affected the connection of other devices on our network.

In that case, we can do a Wireshark packet capture on the wifi client (Windows Laptop) and see who is handing out the DHCP IP.
