Hello. Our downstairs access point power light is always red. The one upstairs works fine. We’ve tried to reset it and it doesn’t do anything.
I believe we need RMA on this AP, please log a case with us for RMA if you have support contract.
Hi @TiffanyLeathers Have you tried using a different power source\cable\port just to ensure that the AP is getting enough\proper power?
