AP goes offline after dhcp change on customer site. Can`t reconnect to scg public ip

Ok. We use vsz-h with multiple customers connecting to it.

If you have vsz-h, confirm two point.

First, 
show run lwapp2scg    
LWAPP2SCG Configuration   
   --------------------------------------------------   
   ACL Policy                              : Accept all   --------------> Have to Accept All.
   Dynamic Data Transmission Port Range    : Not specified   
   NAT IP Translation in FTP Passive Mode  : Yes   
   ACL APs

Second, check whether the AP is located on staging-zone.

show run lwapp2scg shows "Deny all" on the controller.
I changed to "Accept all" and reconfigured the AP. But it still does not appear in Staging Zone.

What is version of standalone AP, vSZ and model of AP?

AP is R310 with version is 5.0.0.0.753
vsz version is 5.0.0.0.675
