AP H320 don´t show clients connected on the controller

I already did hard reset, reconfigured and the problem remains.

Can you try the below steps:
1. Factory reset the AP.
2. Upgrade the AP to Standalone version from the below link

3. Login to the AP.
4. Create an SSID and see if you can connect the clients.

If you need any support, you can open a support case so that we can troubleshoot the issue.

I tried these steps and don´t work. The SSID that I created doesn't even shows, I tested with other AP and worked, but in this don't. I opened a support case.
