AP Cerificate refresh with main address on gmail

i got Ruckus R700 AP in standalone configuration
Following by Ruckus instruction, i'm upload .req file from my access point and try to re-issue certificate at https://certrenewal.ruckuswireless.com/
my issue that i got a message certificate re-isssue failed, due to my primary gmail address. what is best solution for my case?

I have a problem with my Gmail account, actually, unfortunately, I am getting Gmail error 007 and I just know the reason but need a proper solution regarding this type of error.
