Thanks.  Just tried upgrading to R310_200.6.10.1.312 and it worked.  For some reason the 310 does not work.

Sanjay, thanks, but can you explain to me where i need to go and type those commands?

Also I just tried an older version (R310_200.6.10.1.310) and received error message:  Upgrade/Downgrade from FSI to UI is not allowed.
