I have the Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P and it is performing poorly. My signal is on and off. Is the unit bad, is there something I can do to resolve?

I am also having connectivity issue, the wifi is intermitted at best how do I resolve. at this point I am thinking the Ruckus is bad
