Our Zone Director 1200 stopped responding. Cannot factory reset... Any suggessions please ?

Can you suggest how to find out the firmware ver from the .bak file? We have arranged a loan hardware and trying to restore the back up. regards Rahul

Hi Rahul,

Backup file is encrypted so you cannot check the file on your own. Support team can check the file and let you know the firmware version.

Hi, we have exactly or at least a similar problem.

5 days ago  all the AP's stopped working. Power LED green. CTL LED blinking. The solution was to power off and  on the ZD 1200. The status LED on theZD went from red to green and all AP's started to working again.

Today this workaround does not work anymore. When powering off and on the ZD the status LED goes directly to green. I can not access ZD 1200 anymore. And not even ping it on its original and given IP.

Did you guys find a solution to that problem?

If the ZD is the problem. What can I do to make the AP's work without connection to the ZD?
