after log in in to my zone director. in monitor section my all 265 access points are showing disconnected from last 10 days .. but they are working fine. i am surprised with this. can anyone help me out with this. i have tried to contact with support but not able the reach them... kindly help me.
That seems to imply that:1: You don't have the 'reboot after X min.." option set for AP's, if they loose connection to the controller.2: That you have no 802.1x authentication enabled.. Can you ping the AP IP's from the controller?Can you ping them from a PC on the same VLAN? (Do you use VLAN's?)
