showing all access points disconnected in zone director but still they are working fine what to do.?

after log in in to my zone director. in monitor section my all 265 access points are showing disconnected from last 10 days .. but they are working fine. i am surprised with this. can anyone help me out with this. i have tried to contact with support but not able the reach them... kindly help me.

That seems to imply that:1: You don't have the 'reboot after X min.." option set for AP's, if they loose connection to the controller.2: That you have no 802.1x authentication enabled..
Can you ping the AP IP's from the controller?Can you ping them from a PC on the same VLAN? (Do you use VLAN's?)
