having problems with login screen

I have ruckus 2825 and can't seem to get the login screen. It will go to the page but can't see user name and password. Is there a way to upgrade it thru putty? or sumthing like that without the login screen? I telnet to it but it don't know what user name and password is.

I don't believe you can update the firmware via the CLI.

I deleted the cash and still can't browse to it. I tried firefox and still can't get it to prompt user name and password. Any other Idea?

AHve you tried Firefox24? If so try Chrome and/or iExplrer.

I just factory defaulted the system and was able to get the login with firefox. Thank you.
