We have just taken on an account that has a Zone Director 3000 I have not seen this kit before we have no ID or Password for the unit and do not wish to loose its current config. Is there a way to retrieve the current password or a way to re set it to known details?

If the previous admin saved a ZD backup (.bak) or debug (.dbg) file, Ruckus tech support can help de-code the previous (current?) admin password.  You would need to open a support case with Ruckus.

Btw, if they didn't change it (bad security), the default is uid = admin, pw = admin.
