Upgrading ZD1000 3.3.0.x to the latest version.

When trying to upgrade my ZD1000 firmware from version 3.0.3.0(yes very old) to the latest, it just says "uploading..." after I click on the firmware file that I want to upload. I don't think it takes 30 minutes to push the firmware to the device.

"Like virtually all enterprise network vendors, we do normally restrict access to software upgrades to customers with either active support contracts or remaining SW warranty (which is 90-days from receipt)."

That would make sense, but you offer the latest firmare for that product anyway.

Yes, since upgrade support is a key value proposition for support contracts, and ZD1000 customers no longer can have that we decided to bend the rules a bit for that product. We also want everyone on the latest release where possible and so that's why only that version is open.
