Socail Media WLAN in ZoneDirector 1200

I have ZoneDirector 1200 with firmware version 9.9.0.0 build 216. The problem is I don't see any Social Media in WLAN type. Any idea why?

well, what i can tell for sure is that controller is NOT running the software version in which social WLAN feature is available...

i'm not shure from when this feature get availability.
but it was not available in your firmaware.
if you do a upgrade to 10.1.0.0.1515 you will find the social media login things, but also the whole experience had changed. it is like the unleashed now.

you could go step up the firmware releases und use the one you like.

Sorry for bringing back an old thread. From my understanding, 'Social Auth Option' is only available in the 'Service & Profiles > Guest Access' section.
