How to Link ZD Controller with R710

I have an R710 that has been restored to its factory settings. How can I associate it with a ZD5100 controller? I logged into the web interface of R710 and set the controller address and restarted it, but it was not associated. What should I do?

Is the firmware of R700 and R720 the same? If not, we still need firmware for 720
