How can I see current usage by user (zf7372 w/software version is 9.6.1.0 build 15)?

I am periodically getting high pings and dropped packets, increasing until I lose connectivity. I'd like to see current usage to see if I have a bandwidth hog.

zf7372 w/software version is 9.6.1.0 build 15

Wired has no issue.
