Guest Pass Login

Hi Technician,
I have a ZoneDirector 1100, I had configured Guest Pass Login. I give a password printout to Guest. Guest open a browser and import the password. I want Guest add email address at the same time import the password in web portal. How can I get file .html to edit for my necessary? Thanks
