Can’t customise the Guest Pass template

I am trying to customize the guest pass print out template on our ZD3050 (version 9.7.2.0). I downloaded the default English template, edited it then when I import it into a new template I get the following error;

There is an error at line 149 / col 1. Script language is not allowed

The thing is that the script in the page formats the expiry date if I remove it the file imports but the format is wrong.

As a test I just tried importing the saved file without any edits and same error.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, it's not clear what could cause the error.  Have you tried using different browsers to upload?
Else you may need to contact Support.

Thanks Michael, I tried another browser and got the same issue. I'll upgrade firmware and see how that goes.
