C120 Issue

We have a customer with a Ruckus wireless network installed by a previous integrator.  We are not dealers and it has been over 10 years since I regularly worked with Ruckus.  The access points are no longer broadcasting and I cannot connect to the C120.  It doesn't respond to ping either.  The activity LED on LAN port 1 is solid green.  Same thing on port 2.  I don't know what this means other than, not working.  I do, however, get normal flickering activity on the switch port.  To make things worse, we don't seem to have a backup of the config and I imagine we are going to lose the licenses if we nuke this thing or buy one off eBay.

Any advice would be appreciated.
