After having been turned off (by a decorator who unplugged it all) I switched it back on I think it is connected properly (but I have no directions as was not given them when it was installed) it won't connect to the web.
My internet preferences say "Wi-Fi has the self-assigned IP address 169.254.149.110 and will not be able to connect to the Internet."
What kind of Ruckus box do you have? If you look on the bottom label, it will say. Did you buy this box, or was it provided to you where you live by the complex or ISP who installed it?
