User account login

Hello,

I have R350 Unleashed, version 200.18.7.101.244. When create new user in Administration/User account/Users and try to log in with that username and password it says "Login information is incorrect. Please try again." Has anyone had the similar problem and what could be a solution?

Have you checked "Allow Unleashed Administration" in user role when you create user?
