I recently upgraded to Unleashed version 200.18.7.1.302 and the Channel Optimization found on the Country Code page is grayed out and is not editable. I currently have this set to Optimize for Performance but cannot change this. My Country code is set to US and I have R750 and T750 APs in this environment.

Hi All,
This is a GUI issue and will be fixed in 200.18 MR and the ETA is end of August.
For now you can try the below workaround from CLI
ruckus# config
You have all rights in this mode.
ruckus(config)# system
ruckus(config-sys)# dot11-country-code US channel-optimization interoperability

Hi,
Are you working with an Unleashed AP model part number ending in "US" (ex: 901-R510-US00 )?
For Unleashed AP models p/n ending in "US", it is hard coded for the US country code and not editable via web UI. For models p/n ending in "WW", it is world wide model and able to edit the country code in Web UI. The "US" models are country code locked per FCC regulatory requirement.
If you are configuring an Unleashed AP with p/n "WW and not able to edit the country code, please take a picture of the AP s/n sticker and create a ticket to further troubleshoot. You can create a ticket at https://support.ruckuswireless.com/cases/new

The hardcoded country code is correct and this is not editable in this version of Unleashed which is correct and also how it behaved in previous versions of Unleashed. The bug appears to be that the Channel Optimization setting further down the page is not editable. This was previously editable under all versions of Unleashed but now is not editable. I think the issue is that when the UI for this page was updated it was done to make the entire page un-editable.
