So we recently set up our company Wi-Fi to be authenticating against social media (Google). However, we're facing a few challenges.
When users on Android and iOS attempt to login they experience a loop on the login page whenever they ty to click the G+ icon.
Anyone ever experienced this or knows a solution to this?
Could you please confirm the unleashed AP model and its firmware version ?
Is this issue only with Android and ios user? Is Windows devices are working fine ?
Could you please confirm if all the Android and IOS users having this issue or only few of them ? Also share if you have screen-shot of the issue.
Please refer the below article to check if the configuration for the Social media login in unleashed.
Also in the WLAN configuration>>Advance settings>>Others>> There is an option Bypass Apple CNA feature please enable that option and check if it makes any difference.
Thanks for getting back. Yes it's all Android and iOS users. MacOS users as well. Windows devices are working well.
We're using firmware version 184.108.40.206.212. On the site in question we have four R510 and two T310D.
Also during setup I used the same shared link while making the configurations.
