R500 - Create 2.4 Ghz network only

Hi

I am new to Ruckus products.

I am trying to figure out, how to make a 2.4 Ghz network only.

I have som clients that i need to run on 2,4 Ghz, but i can not choose to connect to 2.4 only. So i thought i was easy to create a 2.4 network only, but apperantly not.

System version i 200.1.9.12.55

I believe this guide can help  ( step 9 and 10 ) you although the version you are running is a bit old

Most possible also that version is not longer supported 

That R500 it says it can managed 5g and 2.4g ( radios )

I know the hardware is EOL, but i hoped to able to use is anyway.

I have both 5g and 2.4g, but no way to choose between them.

Maybe i should try to update the firmware. Maybe the option will be available in a newer version.
